Mezzanine:

40 m2, low room height (130 cm). Access via a real stairway and secure child grid.
Part of mezzanine opens to the living room, and contains two single beds (180x80 + 185x90).
Other part of mezzanine is a separate room with two twin beds each 90x200.
Mezzanine contains 4 windows and is very light.

Private Terrace:

70m2 private terrace, southwest exposure, very sunny both winter and summer.
Barbecue, garden furniture. View to the Mont Blanc, Aiguille du Midi, Bossons Glacier, Brévent.
